My beliefs, values and principles
Life is WAY too short to live at half mast. If you aren't thoroughly enjoying your life, then it is time to make some changes. This is not a dress rehearsal, and you've worked hard to get where you are. Let's make this Life the one you want it to be.
You made that up! I've found that most people are extremely skilled at talking themselves out of what they want. Granted, there are plenty of reasons why you can't have the life you want. I just don't hold much stock in any of them. I challenge my clients to find new perspectives and make powerful choices that will quickly move them beyond excuses and into the life they dream of having.
Anything goes. Here you will find no preconceived notions of how you are supposed to feel or what you are supposed to want. I will never judge you, and I am not attached to any particular outcome.
Mum's the word. Your privacy is a cornerstone of my services. Client information of any kind is strictly confidential, and should privacy be a particular concern for you, I offer discreet billing and record keeping options to further assure your anonymity.
The process
I will support and challenge you to make the most of where you are - as well as strategize and implement a plan when "where you are" just isn't a good fit.
Imagine for a moment you are parallel parking a car. From the driver's seat, you have plenty of skills and resources at your fingertips. You have several mirrors, and you control the steering, the gas and the brakes. But you also have a bunch of blind spots, and possibly an unrealistic perception of the size, shape and limitations of your vehicle.
However, from outside that vehicle - the place I stand as your coach and consultant - I can see the full range of possibilities, and help you to see all the places you're selling yourself short or heading for the curb.
How am I different than other Executive or Life coaches?
I specialize in the personal lives of upper level executives and business owners. Having worked with this group for the past decade, I understand the intricacies and complications of life at the top, and how easy it is to feel "trapped" by your success. More importantly, I know how to help you regain a sense of value and satisfaction in your life.
